Goal Re-Setting And Career Pivoting With Ashley Holá

Beyond mere survival, human beings crave purpose and meaning in their lives. Without these essential elements, we can easily find ourselves disillusioned, distracted, and even despairing. However, when we uncover our "why," we tap into a wellspring of courage, enabling us to embrace risks and remain resilient in the face of adversity. Recently, our event aimed to guide participants through a transformative activity that would help them define, find, share, and ultimately live their "why." By embarking on this journey, individuals were empowered to infuse passion, fulfillment, and purpose into their daily lives.

What is your "why"?

Your "why" is the driving force that propels you out of bed every morning, infusing each day with passion and fulfillment. It shapes your purpose and imbues you with the emotional energy necessary to overcome challenges.

  1. Your "Why" is what gets you out of bed every morning and injects passion and fulfillment into your life.
  2. Your "Why" creates your purpose and gives you the emotional energy to face tough challenges and creates a gravity drawing others to orbit around your "Why".
  3. Your "Why" starts with understanding the significant event that had the most profound impact on your life.
